This pull request updates dependencies (CeTZ and tidy) to their respective latest version, as well as the Typst compiler version
This resolves compatibility issues with Typst 0.12 and 0.13 (closes #2, closes #3)
It also fixes vertical alignment issues when aligning with north / south edges
